We start with an hour long ​consultation to learn more ​about your goals, ​challenges, availability, and ​more about you personally ​to build the perfect plan!

Using the information ​gathered during our ​consultation, we will ​customize your macros and ​provide food suggestions ​that are in line with your ​goals.


Programming is based on ​how many days a week ​you’re available to work out, ​and based on the results ​you’re looking to acheive.

Weekly Calls

Each week we discuss how ​your workouts went, how you ​feel, how your eating is ​going, and other factors that ​affect achieving results. ​Modifications are made as ​necessary at this time.

Meet the Coach!

I am a 54 year old mother of 3, and have been doing ​multiple variations of weight training since high school. ​My parents hired my first personal trainer at that time to ​build muscle and to help me better manage the large ​saddlebred horses I was riding and showing ​competitively. Over the years, my love for health and ​fitness continued to grow and has been a lifelong ​passion.


Once I hit 52 years old, despite working out 5-6 days a ​week and relatively clean eating, my body started ​changing shape and my joints started hurting, and this ​was due to hormone imbalances. The plan used for my ​clients is what I implemented to lose weight and body ​fat, while also putting on more muscle and in turn, it ​becomes new lifelong habits!
